Curious (-15), Lecherousness (-15 pts), Short Lifespan (-25 points), and Strong Xenophilia (-15 pts).
Racially Learned Skills: Diplomacy at IQ (4 pts), Savior-Faire at IQ (1 pt), Stealth at DX (2 pts), and Tracking at IQ (2 pts).
Racial Skill Bonuses: Savior-Faire +2 (2 pts), and Stealth +2 (4 pts).
Determine height normally then add 2"; weight is 5 lbs lighter than normal for for height. Color, patterns and markings are like those of cats. Eyes can be of any color.
In the Kat Kingdom, the mixed breeds are the lowest rung on the social latter, being the peasants and unskilled laborers. They have no political power and legally they are tied to the land, although they cannot be sold outright (at least not in theory), they have few legal rights. Many escape and cross over into the Adarian Empire. Several border "incidents" between Imperial and Kat forces have been over the status of Mixed Breed Kats, most of the Kat Kinfdom Officials consider all mixed breeds outside of the Kat Kingdom to be escaped serfs and often have resorted to force in attempts to return them to their estates.
