The Cheetari are the descendants of the fleetest of cats: the cheetah. Most Cheetari have tawny or orange fur with black spots.

Cheetari have never been exceedingly strong or durable, but what they lack in brawn and endurance they make up for with raw speed and diligence. Most Cheetari can run at speeds exceeding eighty miles per hour for up to forty-five minutes at a time before they must rest. This burst of speed is accompanied by a 'low' period of at least three hours. Cheerari can run at a very high Speed(in a more or less straight line). Take Move, double it, double that and then double it once more to get the Cheetari's final running speed. For example a Cheetari with DX 15 and HT 13 has a basic move of 7, double it once for a move of 14, double it again for a move of 28, then double it once more for a total running speed of 56. The Cheetari as a people enjoy contests in which they can use their speed and agility, but when not racing each other for fun, Cheetari show an amazing diligence to the task at hand, whatever that is. That is why Cheetari laborers are highly prized even to the present day. The Cheetari are perfectionists, they don't leave a job until it meets their *exact* specifications.

The governments of both the Adarian Empire and the Kat Kingdom both use Cheetari as runners and messengers due to the speed that they inherited from their evolutionary ancestors. While maintaining their ancient role in Kat's government, the Cheetari have of late expanded their influence and they now help the Tigrons with routine administrative details. The relationship so far has worked wonderfully. The Cheetari and Tigrons fit paw-in-glove together.
