The Calicori are descendants of the beautiful calico housecats, bearing their faces and features. Calicori stand between 5 and 6 feet on average. Calicori have predominately red or orange fur, with the opposite color as thin stripes (for instance: a red-furred Calicori has thin stripes of orange, and vice-versa). Calicori have no musculature to speak of. The Calicori pride themselves on their beauty and looks.

In ancient times in the Adarian Empire they were the artisans, as Tabbiri were considered fit only to serve. They were looked down upon by the wilder sub-species of Katkind then, and still are now, the difference being that now the Calicori have gained a certain amount of influence and power in the Kat Kingdom.

Many of the Calicori have gained positions in the Kat Kingdom's Government...as lesser functionaries serving their Tigron masters with an ablitiy to take credit or shift blame as the need arises, using their charm and sex appeal to full effect to keep their positions...

The Calicori are lazy, vain, and selfish as a rule, priding themselves excessively on outer beauty while ignoring the spiteful and cruel way they treat those they consider lesser than they are. The Calicori still treat the Tabbiri as little better than slaves and spend much of their time in social warfare against the Persettie. They treat Kats of wildcat descent with scorn and contempt.
